In early 2013, PBG set up a direct subsidiary in Shanghai China aiming to deliver services with accuracy and high quality to the clients in China by consolidating all resources from our Australia headquarters. We focus on exploring tailored investment plans through sourcing, screening and recommending properties of high quality without sacrificing high return to our clients. We understand that in a dynamic and increasingly changeful global market, real estate companies must have deeper understanding of the domestic and global influences across all aspects affecting the investors’ property portfolios.

For years, PBG has established solid corporation and partnership with more than 30 channels and sub-agents across all of China to sell our wide range of properties. They are from financial institutes, migrant and education agencies, high-net-asset investors clubs and etc. which drive about 30% of our sales achievement each year.
