About Dubai Science Park

Nestled over 30 million square feet, Dubai Science Park (DSP) was officially launched in February 2005 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum – Vice President & Prime Minister of the UAE. Latterly the park was established in 2015. It was formerly known as Dubai Biotechnology Park or Research Park as it was a completely science-based community later in the year 2016 it was renamed Dubai Science Park.

It’s a completely dedicated community that supports entrepreneurs, SMEs and MNEs in the sciences, energy and environmental sectors.

The community is a free zone and there are several properties both residential and commercial developments are located. It’s a business community where you can easily witness small to medium enterprises MNCs companies. DSP has more than 400 companies and 4,000 professionals are working there. The community is entirely dedicated to science, energy, and environmental sectors, still it has commercial as well as housing properties that are well-developed. The rental yield in DSP was 5% in 2021 and as the community is a business-friendly zone it is good for investment.
